Our cloud based defect logging platform
With our bespoke RFT Cloud App our specialist engineers easily log, review, and rectify electrical defects as well as carry out formal site inspections (whether online or offline) using the dedicated iOS based mobile app and management portal to streamline defect management operations for our clients.
How does RFT Cloud work?
To complement our inspection & testing service we designed a bespoke portal “RFT Cloud” to manage installation condition reports and visual defects identified.
Technicians capture defects
Our Technicians capture identified defects on our bespoke mobile application (RFT Cloud) during your Electrical Examination (no Wi-Fi or data connection required).
Defects uploaded to cloud
Defects are then uploaded to RFT Cloud portal once Technicians have access to Wi-Fi or data.
Defects checked & verified
Our office-based Engineers check and verify defects. A full condition report including test results is produced for each site and held on RFT Cloud.
Inspection & confirmation
On our next site inspection, we will review existing defects, confirm any rectification details and add new defects via our RFT Cloud App.
Cloud portal access
Site and Area Managers will be sent an invite with user name and password to log onto RFT Cloud.
Once logged in managers can:
- View defects & run defect data of site rankings and defect numbers summery. This data can be exported from RFT Cloud to Excel for further analyses
- View or Download PDF Condition Inspection Report complete with Test Results
- View and search defects by site, status, date, defect ID, code and location
- Add rectification details and photos
- Print information
- Add comments
- Multiple sites supported
